Hardiness Pada Bintara Polri Sebagai Langkah Mencapai Career Adaptability

The ability to adapt a semi-military work environment is one of the things that every NCO graduate must have, this can be realized by having resilience in overcoming problem faced NCO. This study aims empirically examine whether or not there relationship between hardiness and career adaptability 2019/2020 graduates East Kalimantan. uses quantitative method designed for correlational tests. sample amounted 77 Kalimantan who were selected using simple random sampling technique. data collection used measuring instruments form scale which analyzed Pearson Product Moment correlation test. results show as evidenced value r count = 0.398 p 0.000 < 0.05. means higher NCO, police career. Career reach control, challenge, commitment high level.Kemampuan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja semi-militer adalah salah satu hal yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap lulusan Bintara Polri, tersebut dapat terwujud adanya ketahanan dalam mengatasi permasalahan dihadapi Polri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara pada Polri angkatan tahun di Timur. menggunakan metode kuantitatif dirancang uji korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah orang Timur dipilih teknik sampling. Pengumpulan pelitian alat ukur berupa skala dan dianalisis korelasi Moment. Hasil menunjukkan dibuktikan nilai hitung p=0.000 Artinya, semakin tinggi maka pula kemampuannya karir kepolisian. meningkat karena tinggi.
